Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with intermittent gout meet the diagnostic criteria for gout in the 2015 American society of rheumatology/European Union for the classification of gout; 2. Adult male, with a history of gout of 0-5 years, can be combined with well-controlled hypertension and diabetes; 3. Xanthine inhibitors (allopurinol, febuxostat); 4. Actively cooperate with gout treatment, regularly take medicine and strictly control diet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute phase of gout attack; 2. Skin ulceration at gout nodules; 3. Obvious systemic inflammatory reaction; 4. Patients with severe heart, liver and kidney failure; 5. Obvious joint deformity and limited movement; 6. The use of uric acid excretory drugs (benbromarone, propion); 7. Use of urase drugs; 8. Uncontrolled hypertension or diabetes; 9. Patients with contraindications to exercise; 10. Patients use drugs with potentially elevated uric acid.
