Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Selective cardiac valve surgery will be performed in the median sternal incision under the cardiopulmonary bypass; 3. Written inform consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to communicate due to severe visual, auditory, or language impairment; 2. Critical illness (ASA classification >= IV); 3. Having a history of schizophrenia, epilepsy, Parkinson's disease or severe dementia; 4. Having a history of neurosurgery or brain injury; 5. Severe liver insufficiency(Class C Child-Pugh classification); 6. Severe renal insufficiency(requiring renal replacement therapy); 7. The investigator think that participants should not be included in this study.
