18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 18 years; 2. Selective cardiac surgery will be performed under the extracorporeal circulation; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. heart transplant; 2. Operations under deep hypothermic stopping ; 3. Pregnant women; 4. Preoperative long-term use of hormone systemic therapy (greater than 3 months); 5. history of severe chronic obstructive or restrictive lung disease; 6. Have a family history of malignant hyperthermia or a history of propofol infusion syndrome; 7. People who can not cooperate with follow-up investigation.
