Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebrovascular diseases that meet the diagnostic criteria outlined in the Chinese journal of circulatory diseases, volume 1, issue 33, 2018 "China cardiovascular disease report 2017" were confirmed by head CT or MRI scans; 2. Aged 30 to 75 years, no other disease complications, normal vision after correction, and can receive half an hour of virtual reality training; 3. The onset of stroke, the course of disease 2 to 5 months, in line with the standard level 3 stroke treatment in the middle and late stage II; 4. With balance dysfunction, the muscle tension of the lower limb on the affected side was assessed as grade II according to the modified Ashworth spasm. The muscle strength of the lower limb on the affected side (iliopsoas, quadriceps, hamstring, triceps and anterior tibia, etc.) was rated as grade 3+ >. Brunnstrom stage 4; 5. Can independently complete sit, stand conversion, no serious cognitive impairment, simple memory test scale >7 points, can complete the relevant training with therapist instructions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of cerebral apoplexy, brain tumor, traumatic brain injury and other neurological diseases; 2. Patients with previous severe hip and knee osteoarthritis, lower limb joint disease or rheumatism and rheumatoid arthritis, ischemic femoral head necrosis and other effects on body balance and standing function; 3. The disease worsened, the emergence of new cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage focus; 4. There are serious physical diseases within six months, such as heart, lung, liver, kidney and other organ function failure and poor control of diabetes patients; 5. Have severe cognitive impairment.
