Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Experimental group: Patients aged 18-80 years who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) cardiac surgery and were transferred to ICU. Control group 1: patients aged 18-80 years who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass surgery and were transferred to the ICU. Control group 2: Ordinary healthy people aged 18-80 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Experimental group: Patients with rheumatoid activity, immune disease, and immunosuppressive agents within half a year were excluded, and patients with preoperative anemia and tumors were excluded, and the results of recent infection and clinical data collection incomplete diagnosis were excluded. Control group 1: Patients with rheumatoid activity, immune disease, and immunosuppressive agents within half a year were excluded, and patients with preoperative anemia and tumors were excluded, and the results of recent infection and clinical data collection were excluded.
