Age
40 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 40 to 90 years; 2) Conformity with the diagnosis of subacute herpes zoster neuralgia; 3) Non-pregnant women without malignant tumors; 4) Unilateral nerve involvement; 5) Received at least one treatment with poor pain control, VAS =5.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Suffering from cognitive impairment or inability to subjectively express discomfort symptoms; 2) Puncture site infection; 3) Coagulation dysfunction; 4) Need anticoagulant or non-temporary antiplatelet therapy; 5) Patients who are reluctant to participate in the study for any reason.
