Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group inclusion criteria: 1. History of ID at least 1 year, and fulfilled the diagnostic criteria for ID as described in the 5th edition of the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V) and the third edition of the International Classification(ICSD-3th) of Sleep Disorders; 2. education level is not less than 6 years (primary school or above); 3. aged 18-65 years; 4. Han nationality and right-handed assessed with the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory. Inclusion criteria in the control group: 1 age, gender and education level are matching with the case group; 2. PSQI score<8, insomnia severity index (ISI) score<7 HRSD<7 AHI<5 3. Aged 18-65 years and right-handedness; 4. no history of psychiatric or neurological diseases; education level is not less than 6 years (primary school or above); 5. education level is not less than 6 years (primary school or above); 6. han nationality and right-handed assessed with the Edinburgh Handedness Inventory.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. had a history of significant head trauma; 2. abuse of alcohol, drugs or drug abuse history; 3. a history of serious organic disease, including heart, liver, kidney, infectious, endocrine disease or cancer); 4. Personal and family history of mental illness; 5. conventional MRI shows abnormal brain structure or contraindication to MRI; 6. women who were pregnant, nursing, or menstruating.
