Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical diagnosed as Atrial fibrillation; 2. refractory to antiarrhythmic drugs (AADs) and Received radiofrequency ablation; 3. voluntarily accept blood withdraw under informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria includes history of valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, cardiac surgery, thyroid dysfunction, electrolyte disturbance, malignant tumor and immune disease.
