18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Clinical symptoms of myocardial ischemia; (2) New changes of ECG myocardial ischemia; (3) Pathological Q-wave of ECG; (4) Imaging evidence of newly occurring myocardial dysfunction or regional wall motion abnormalities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) AMI patients receiving thrombolytic therapy before admission; (2) AMI patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention before admission; (3) Patients taking antibiotics, probiotics and yogurt two weeks before fecal specimens collection.
