40 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lumbar degenerative diseases confirmed by anteroposterior (AP) and lateral radiographs and MRI examination of the lumbar spine, including lumbar spinal stenosis and lumbar spondylolisthesis and those with lumbar disc herniation undergoing decompression by fenestration; 2. Patients having low back pain and lower extremity nerve root pain at the time of treatment; 3. Aged 40 to 75 years, of either sex; 4. Single segment fusion repair; 5. Provision of informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Lumbar spine trauma; 2. Severe infection; 3. Bone tumor; 4. Space-occupying lesion in the pelvis; 5. Pathological fracture; 6. Pregnancy; 7. Patients who cannot tolerant surgery because of severe cardiovascular disease.
