Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: MM patients treated at The First Affiliated Hospital of Sun YetYat-son sen University between January 1st, 2007, and August 1st, 2017, were evaluated for inclusion in our retrospective study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of NDMM without 1q21 gain test
