Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patients with systemic lupus erythematosus accord with the American Rheumatology Association (ACR) Classification for SLE in 1997. The patients with standford type A aortic dissection should be diagnosed by CTA and prepare for aortic dissection replacement surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with other immune inflammatory diseases; cancer; depression; pregnant women.
