Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 30 to 90 years, hospitalized patients, male and female; 2. Diagnostic criteria for diabetic foot, 7th edition of Medical College Textbook of Ministry of Health, Internal Medicine; 3. Lower limb ulcer with diabetes mellitus; 4. Wagner grade 2-4 diabetic foot patients; 5. In accordance with the provisions of the Blood Donation Law of the People's Republic of China, the number of white blood cells is more than 4 x 10 ^ 9/L and white blood cells count 100 *10 ^ 9/L; 6. No smoking, drinking or taking any drugs affecting platelet and coagulation function within one week before blood collection; 7. Voluntary subjects signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. DM ketoacidosis and DM hyperosmolar syndrome; 2. Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney, lung failure and immune system diseases; 3. Those with precursor symptoms of acute infectious diseases; 4. There are drug allergic patients. 5. Pregnant or lactating women; 6. ABI < 0.5 on the affected side; 7. Those who participated in clinical trials within 3 months before the trial; 8. It does not conform to the provisions of the Blood Donation Law of the People's Republic of China. The number of white blood cells is less than 4 x 10 ^ 9/L, the number of white blood cells is more than 10 x 10 ^ 9/L, and the number of platelets is less than 100 x 10 ^ 9/L. 9. Those who need to take drugs that affect platelet and coagulation function for a long time or in the near future but have not stopped taking drugs in the past week; 10. Women in lactation and pregnancy; 11. Those who have poor compliance.
