Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute myeloid leukemia who meet the diagnostic criteria, aged 60 years or above, have a KPS score of 60 or above.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe infection and organ failure.
