Sex/Gender
Male

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 20 to 80 years; 2. KPS score=60; 3. Preoperative examination were normal without absolute surgical contraindication; 4. No other malignant tumors were found; 5. Estimated survival time =3 months; 6. TNM staging of tumor was in stage II-IIIB; 7. Informed consent from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. No histopathological diagnosis; 2. Patients with mental diseases, drug and alcohol-dependent, or poor compliance; 3. Patients with severe organic or functional diseases; 4. KPS score < 60, or estimated survival time < 3 months; 5. patients with distant metastases such as liver, brain and bone.
