Experimental group:Preoperatively, patients were administered four times daily, respectiveliy, topical NSAIDs Pranoprofen 5mg/5ml
Control group:Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged-related cataract of grades 2 to 4 on the Lens Opacity Classification System III

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known glaucoma or ocular hypertension or glauma suspect,any previous ocular surgery or trauma,active intraocular inflammation or ocular or systemic use of steroid within 3 months before preoperative visit,small rigid pupil=5mm, preoperative zonular weakness,exfoliation syndrome, diabetic retinopathy, age related macular degeneration,uveitis, mechanical intraoperative iris instrument touch or damage.
