18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective liver resection; 2. Agree to sign the informed consents; 3. Presentation of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC, 5-10cm) with contrast-enhanced ultrasound, CT, or/and MRI; 4. Child-pugh A; 5. Without the presentation of extrahepatic metastasis, or tumor thrombus in portal vein or other major vascular; 6. Male or female patients aged 18 to 75years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Liver resection combined with other abdominal organ resection except for gallbladder (such as radiofrequency ablation, splenectomy, and pancreatectomy so on); 2. Reconstruction of bile duct, portal vein or other major vascular were performed in liver resection procedure; 3. Repeated liver resection; 4. Histories of major upper abdominal surgery.
