60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA=III; 2. Aged 65 to 85 years; 3. No limitation for gender; 4. Decompression and internal fixation of lumbar vertebral under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Inability to comply with the study protocal; 2. Renal dysfunction; 3. Hyperthyreosis; 4. Thromboarteritis obliterans; 5. Peptic ulcer; 6. Hepatic dysfunctio; 7. Ischemic enteritis; 8. Congestive heart failure; 9. Abnormal electrocardiogram; 10. Valvular heart disease, Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, severe pulmonary disease.
