Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient is 18 years of age or older and is going to undergo colonoscopy at the endoscopy center of the Southwestern Medical University Hospital. Informed consent was provided and signed by the patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Colonic complications (eg, intestinal obstruction, suspected intestinal obstruction, previous gastrointestinal surgery, significant gastroparesis, gastric outlet obstruction and toxic colitis or megacolon); severe chronic diseases such as severe heart, lungs, liver, Kidney disease.
