Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to the third hospital of Hebei Medical University from February 2019 to February 2020 and confirmed with the intercondylar eminence fracture of tibial plateau (patients with simple intercondylar eminence fracture or tibial plateau fracture combined with intercondylar eminence fracture); 2. Aged 18 to 80 years, with normal movement of both lower limbs before injury; 3. Patients with closed fracture and the time from injury to operation is less than 3 weeks; 4. Patients without other peripheral knee fractures, such as patella fracture, femoral intercondylar fracture, etc.; 5. Agree to accept the minimally invasive surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pathological fracture or severe knee degeneration; 2. Patients with old fractures (more than 3 weeks); 3. Have serious systemic diseases, such as renal failure, heart failure, etc.; 4. A history of mental disorders or nerves.
