Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the diagnosis of tendinitis of long head of biceps brachii: long-term friction or excessive activity can cause congestion, edema and thickening of tendon sheath, resulting in acute edema or chronic injurious inflammation of tendon sheath synovial layer, leading to dysfunction of tendon sliding in tendon sheath, resulting in clinical symptoms; 2. Aged 18 to 60 years, male and female unlimited; 3. Patients are willing to follow up for a long time after operation and sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excretion of humeral fracture, humeral infection, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, systemic diseases of blood, immune diseases, connective tissue diseases, children, pregnancy, etc.; 2. Received nerve block, drugs, physiotherapy and other treatments within 3 months before treatment.
