Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. patients aged from 18-70 years; 2. typical disc herniation symptoms and patients who were treated with conservative treatment for 3 months were ineffective; 3. disc herniation no more than 2 stages (L3-L4, L4-L5 or L5-S1); 4. recurrence of disc herniation after surgery (including open surgery, foramen surgery and other minimally invasive surgery); 5. patients with acute neurological symptoms and signs of acute disc herniation; 6. discogenic low back pain; 7. intervertebral disc herniation with stenosis of one side of the crypt.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with mental illness; 2. patients with cauda equina syndrome; 3. patients with spinal instability; 4. patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease or other diseases that are not suitable for surgery; 5. patients with infectious diseases; 6. showed severe spinal canal stenosis on nuclear magnetic or CT with typical clinical symptoms and signs; 7. severely obese; 8. serious diabetes has complications, blood sugar can not be controlled within 9; 9. those who are unable to communicate with severe hearing impairment.
