Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participation in the treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy by extracorporeal shock wave in our department from 2014 to 2015

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with unstable vital signs in acute stage; those with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney diseases, diabetes, tumors, rheumatic diseases, malnutrition and peripheral neuropathy or severe bleeding tendency; and those who have received neuromuscular blockade, surgery and anti-spasmodic drugs for muscle spasm.
