Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with frostbite who were admitted to the first Hospital of Jilin University from 2012 to 2019 were randomly treated with two different regimens. Inclusion criteria: frostbite patients aged 18-65 years were admitted to hospital within 24 hours after frostbite. Frostbite site was hand, foot, frostbite depth III degree, no systemic frostbite and severe complications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe underlying diseases such as tumors, cardio-cerebrovascular diseases, severe malnutrition, severe limb circulatory dysfunction, more than one frostbite, and pregnant or lactating women were excluded from the study.
