Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged at least 18 years; 2. Open gastrointestinal surgery; 3. ASA level I-III; 4. Postoperative treatment with sufentanil combined with dexmedetomidine and flurbiprofen ester for controlled intravenous analgesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe drug allergy; 2. Coronary heart disease, coronary heart disease stent placement, severe heart failure, severe liver and kidney and blood system dysfunction; 3. Weight = 40kg; 4. Postoperative follow-up data incomplete.
