25 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Histopathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of gastric cancer, and needs systematic anticancer therapy; 2. Clinical examination with no other tumor 3. Can obtain fresh tumor tissues or pleural effusion or ascites samples by surgical resection or biopsy; 4. With tumor foci meeting the RECIST 1.1 standard; Can evaluate the efficacy by CT/MRI; 5. KPS scores=60; expected survival = 3 months; 6. Voluntary to participate and sign informed consent document; Compliance is good, can suffer actively treatment and cooperate with follow-ups.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The occurrence of unplanned reoperation postoperative ; 2. Found other tumors during the treatment process which interferes the experimental study; 3. KPS score <60 points or blood biochemical tests suggest that patients are not suitable for continuing chemotherapy or chemotherapy needs to be delayed; 4. Cant or refused to collect tumor samples, including tumor specimens or circulating tumor cells; 5. Do not cooperate with the relevant treatment program or follow-up program.
