Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Met at least one of the following criteria: (1) number of oocyte retrieval=20 ; (2) mean number of follicles with a diameter of >14mm was=20; (3) on the day of oocyte retrieval, the ovarian diameter was > 10 cm; (4) E2 leve=5000 pg/ml on the day of hCG administration; (5) presentation of clinical symptoms of OHSS on the day of aspiration. 2. Cancellation of fresh embryo transfer and cryopreservation of the whole embyros after oocyte retrieval

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Allergy to letrozole and cetrotide; 2. The presence of hepatic and renal diseases, hypertension, cardiac or pulmonary dysfunction or coagulation disorders; 3. Unwilling to participate in the research
