Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of osteoporosis based on bone mineral density test results; 2. The patient's hematuria, liver and kidney function, blood calcium and phosphorus are normal; 3. Subjects did not take antibiotics, steroids, herbal preparations, microecological preparations or probiotics such as yogurt one week before sample collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Metabolic bone disease: such as osteomalacia, osteogenesis imperfecta, etc.; 2. Chronic disorders: liver and kidney disease, gastrointestinal diseases, diabetes, thyroid, parathyroid diseases, rheumatic diseases, malignant tumors, blood diseases, etc.; 3. Fresh fractures (within 3 months); 4. Anti-osteoporosis drugs such as bisphosphonates, calcitonin, estrogen, selective estrogen receptor modulators, parathyroid hormone, calcium, vitamin D, etc.; 5. Recently taken drugs that affect bone metabolism such as glucocorticoids, thyroxine, diuretics, anti-epileptic drugs, etc.; 6. Excessive drinking or smokers, who have recently stayed in bed for >3 months.
