Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: It is supposed to recruit 30 normal subjects as the normal youth group. The inclusion criteria include: 1. subjects without history of brain injury, stroke; 2. MMSE=24; 3. Aged from 18 to 25; 4. subjects without aphasia; 5. no history of mental illness; 6. voluntary signing of informed consent form. It is supposed to recruit 30 normal subjects as the normal elder group. The inclusion criteria include: 1. subjects without history of brain injury, stroke; 2. MMSE=24; 3. Aged from 55 to 80 years; 4. subjects without aphasia; 5. no history of mental illness; 6. voluntary signing of informed consent form. The inclusion criteria of patients with stroke: 1. According to the national stroke diagnostic criteria established by the 4th Cerebrovascular Diseases Conference; 2. Confirmed by CT or MRI as stroke; 3. MMSE=24; 4. have a capacity of walk or stand with /without stick; 5. Voluntarily signing up informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with serious heart, lung, liver and kidney and other important organ diseases and unstable; 2. unable to finish the experiment with serious impaired in cognitive or communication; 3. The other diseases result in disequilibrium, for example visual impairment, trauma, Parkinson, etc; 4. Combined with the diseases affected gait, for example lower limb fracture, knee arthritis, pain in lower limb, ect; 5. Unable to cooperate with assessments, treatment or follow-up.
