18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 35 years, patients for maxillofacial plastic surgery. 2. Body Mass Index (BMI) within the range 18.0-25.0 kg/m2 (inclusive). 3. Be in healthy conditionno history of heart, liver, kidney, digestive tract, nervous system, mental diseases and metabolic diseases. 4. Medical history, physical examination, 12-lead electrocardiogram and laboratory test show subjects to be healthy. 5. No history of operation and general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There were abnormalities in physical examination items, blood routine, liver, kidney function tests, hepatitis B/C, HIV (clinical significance); 2. Consume tobacco in any form or other nicotine-containing products 3 months; drug or alcohol abuse. (Alcohol abuse is defined as a regular weekly intake of more than 14 units); 3. Be on any regular medications, including over the counter medications 2 week before; 4. Have donated, lost or received blood within 3 months prior to the clinical study.
