Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients aged 20-60 years who underwent esophagogastroduodenoscopy due to dyspepsia; 2. H pylori infection was diagnosed by at least two positive results from 13C-Urea breath test, Rapid urease test, or histology; 3. treatment-naive for eradication of H pylori infection.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Administration of antibiotics, probiotics, bismuth, proton pump inhibitor or histamine-2 receptor antagonist in the preceding 8 weeks; 2. Unhealed stomach or duodenal ulcer; 3. History of gastrointestinal surgery; 4. Severe concurrent diseases or malignancy; (5) pregnancy or lactation women; (6) allergy to any one of the given medication in this study; (7) subjects who could not provide informed consent.
