20 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sustained low back pain or groin pain; 2. Local tenderness over the iliopsoas tendon; 3. MRI show labrum injury; 4. Aged 20 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with malignant tumor or HBP or diabeties; 2. With severe osteoarthritis; 3. Patients with FAI who need sugery; 4. Allergy to lidocane; 5. During pregnancy.
