Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) aged at least 18 years males or females; (2) patients with coronary heart disease who were scheduled for PCI; (3) patients with normal or slightly decreased renal function (eGFR > 60ml/min/1.73m2).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with acute renal insufficiency; (2) patients with heart function class IV (NYHA classification) or left ventricular ejection fraction < 35%; (3) patients with acute myocardial infarction requiring primary or rescue coronary intervention; (4) patients with cardiogenic shock; (5) patients who were allergic to iodinated CM, TMZ or nicorandil; (6) patients with iodinated CM exposure within 7 days; (7) patients who were treated with nephrotoxic drugs 72 hours before PCI; (8) patients who were treated with other drugs such as N-acetylcysteine to prevent CIN 72 hours before the procedure.
