20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who recieved IVF-ET in our reproductive center, aged 20-40 years old and body mass index is 18.5-29 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endocrine disease or metabolic disease; 2. Patients with the history of ovarian excision; 3. Patients with growth hormone contraindications; 4. FSH>15IU/ml; 5. Chromosomal abnormalities; 6. Patients whose husband need spercutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction.
