DS1 group:Intravenous Dezocine× 3/4 and Sufentanil× 1/4

DS3 group :Intravenous Dezocine× 1/4 and Sufentanil× 3/4

Age

18 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 60 years; 2. BMI 18 to 24 kg/m2; 3. ASA Classification I or II; 4. No history of opioid abuse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Postoperative VAS < 4; 3. Allergy to Dezocine or Sufentanil.
