40 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering infertility who recieved IVF-ET in our reproductive center. The patients are 40-45 years old and body mass index is 18.5-29 kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with endocrine disease or metabolic disease; 2. Patients with the history of ovarian excision; 3. Patients who recieve other methods of improving ovarian response; 4. Patients with growth hormone contraindications; 5. FSH>15IU/ml; 6. Chromosomal abnormalities; 7. Patients whose husband need spercutaneous epididymal sperm aspiration or testicular sperm extraction.
