Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading < Grade III; 2. Aged 20 to 40 years; 3. Height 150 to 170cm; 4. BMI 24 to 30 kg/m2; 5. Primipara, singleton, head position, anterior uterine orifice f 2 to <6 cm before analgesia; 6. The indexes of heart, liver, kidney and blood were in normal range. 7. According to the provisions of GCP, get informed consent and volunteer subjects.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Primary diseases such as hyperthyroidism, cardiopulmonary diseases, insulin-treated diabetes mellitus and neuromuscular diseases are important organs; 2. Mentally or physically disabled patients; 3. Suspected or true history of alcohol and drug abuse; 4. Allergic constitutions, such as those with a history of allergy to two or more drugs or foods, or those known to be allergic to nabufen; 5. Sedatives and analgesics are being used before the experiment; 6. Contraindication of intraspinal anesthesia; 7. VAS < 5 before analgesia; 8. Accidental rupture of dura mater, insertion of catheter into blood vessel or subarachnoid space.
