18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 65 years; 2. Confirmed asthma diagnosis with positive result of bronchial provocation or dilation test; 3. Stable disease with no changes in disease condition or maintenance therapy in the 4 weeks preceding screening; 4. Able to provide informed written consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Have other respiratory diseases, such as pneumonia, pulmonary fibrosis, bronchiectasis, tuberculosis, etc.; 2. Unable to conduct skin prick test due to skin lesion, infection or rash; 3. Token systemic corticosteroids, antihistamines, imipramine and phenothiazines within 7 days before the skin prick test; 4. Planned pregnancy, pregnant and lactating women; 5. Have a history of dermatographism, mental disorder or anaphylactic shock; 6. Have immunodeficiency disease or use immunosuppressive drugs; 7. Other severe diseases not under control, such as severe hypertension or heart disease.
