Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who recieved IVF-ET in our reproductive center.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. BMI=29 or <18.5; 2. Patients recieved controlled ovarian hyperstimulation in three months; 3. Patients with endometriosis, hyperprolactinemia,crine disease or metabolic disease; 4. Patients with the history of ovarian excision or raiotherapy; 5. Chromosomal abnormalities.
