Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Case group: According to Zhao Bian's "Clinical Skin Disease 2010 Edition", patients with typical psoriasis (laser scanning confocal microscopy or / and dermatological pathology to assist diagnosis), requiring PASI score = 6 points, 3 months No immunosuppressive drugs, such as systemic corticosteroids, methotrexate, cyclosporine or anti-tumor necrosis factor alpha, have not been orally administered to the intestinal flora within 3 months, and no systemic antibiotics have been used within 2 weeks. No cirrhosis, intestinal diseases and bacterial infections. In the control group, the healthy family members with similar living conditions in the patient group were selected, and the spouses who lived together for more than 1 year or the siblings with the same age and gender were 1:1 matched with the psoriasis vulgaris patients group, that is, each group of experimental samples included: A patient with psoriasis vulgaris and a matched healthy control.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclude people with autoimmune diseases, tumors or hereditary diseases.
