Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients admitted to EICU of our department; 2. According to the definition of sepsis 3.0 issued by the American Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) and the European Society of Critical Care Medicine (ESICM) in 2016, the diagnostic criteria for sepsis are in line with the diagnostic criteria for sepsis (SOFA score >=2); 3. Aged 16 to 65 years; 4. Subjects or legal representatives are willing to participate the study and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Organ failure (heart failure, respiratory failure, liver failure and kidney failure were diagnosed in previous hospitals); (2) With history of immune system disease; (3) With history of blood system.
