Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) a definitive diagnosis of AVMs (2) patient age ranging from 12 to 60 years; (3) Signed an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients initially undergoing endovascular or radiosurgery; (2) patients undergoing emergency removal of intracranial hematomas or decompressive craniectomy; (3) pregnancy and breastfeeding; (4) contraindications for general anesthesia or surgery, contraindications to performing digital substraction angiography.
