18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. With the ability of comprehension the features, the purpose and the risk of the study; 3. At least be diagnosed with TI-4RADs 4a by ultrasonography and with the requirement of biopsy; 4. If child-bearing potential must have a negative pregnancy test; 5. Have read and signed the Informed Consent form for participating in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of neck surgery, which may disrupt the lymphatic drainage; 2. Lymphedema or chronic edema patient; 3. Females in the status of pregnant and lactation; 4. Exposure to the ultrasound contrast agents within one month; 5. Be allergy to ultrasound contrast agents.
