Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) high myopic MHRD eyes without history of vitrctomy; (2) high myopia (diopter >-6.0D, axial length>26mm);Myopic macular lesions (classification 3+CNV or Fuchs plaque, classification 4); The presence of posterior staphyloma; (3) no obvious vitreous retinal hyperplasia (PVR grade A-B); (4) aged at least 18 years old; (5) be able and willing to participate in clinical trials
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) retinal detachment caused by idiopathic macular hole or traumatic macular hole; (2) retinal detachment combined with other retinal holes; (3) macular hole retinal detachment combined with choroidal detachment; (4) obvious vitreous retinal hyperplasia (PVR grade C); (5) history of scleral reinforcement; (6) not expected to follow in the clinical trial center; (7) those with neurological or mental diseases that cannot cooperate with the examination; (8) the informed consent cannot be obtained.
