Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Idiopathic macular hole (hole diameter >400µm); (2) Aged at least 18 years old; (3) be able and willing to participate in clinical trials

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) macular hole of high myopia (diopter >-6.0D, axial length>26mm); (2) traumatic macular hole; (3) history of vitreoretinal surgery; (4) history of intraocular temponade with gas; (5) history of laser treatment for macular hole; (6) not expected to follow in the clinical trial center; (7) those with neurological or mental diseases that cannot cooperate with the examination; (8) the informed consent cannot be obtained
