65 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) community residents in chengdu, aged from 65 to 80 years; 2) have complete cognition and behavior ability; 3) can use intelligent remote ecg monitoring; 4) patients who are at high risk of developing atrial fibrillation or who have been diagnosed with atrial fibrillation have received at least one diagnosis and treatment in the hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) ischemic stroke or transient ischemic attack 12 months ago; 2) hemorrhagic stroke; 3) previous history of atrial fibrillation; 4) implantation of pacemaker or ICD; 5) patients with unstable vital signs at the time of inclusion in the study; 6) mentally ill or unable to express themselves accurately; 7) participated in other similar researchers 3 months before enrollment.
