Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Health Adults of Zhejiang Chinese Medical University, aged 18 to 26 years; 2. Non-smoking; 3. Staying in Hangzhou near a month; 4. Informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cardiopulmonary disease, actue infection disease and other chronic disease; 2. History of allergies or family allergies; 3. Take other Medicine within a month; 4. Participating other clinical trials; 5. Living with smoking classmate.
