18 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. lumbar degenerative diseases including lumbar disc herniation, spondylolisthesis, lumbar spinal stenosis and discogenic low back pain; 2. dissatisfaction for conservative treatment for more than 3 months; 3. with an obvious diagonosis with the radiological diagnosis should be in accordance with clinical symptom and physical sign.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with mental and psychological diseases, or combined with infection, tumor, fracture, etc., and with other medical diseases leading to intolerance of surgery
