Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 45 years; 2. Medical optometry confirmed low-grade myopia (-0.50D ~ -3.0D, including -3.0D), moderate myopia (diopter -3.0D ~-6.0D, including -6.0D) Myopia patients with high myopia (diopter above -6.0D) and non-myopic normal (diopter -0.50D ~ +50.0D, including ±50.0D); 3. Anterior segment examination normal, refractive medium transparent; 4. Informed consent Volunteer to be tested. The process of obtaining informed consent is in accordance with GCP regulations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. unwilling to accept investigations and inspectors; 2. people with mental disorders unable to cooperate 3. eyes with refractive opacity can not see the fundus; 4. Iris adhesion can not be dilated; 5. Combined with other eye diseases, such as: glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, optic nerve disease, uveitis, etc.; 6. Combined with other systemic diseases, such as: hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, etc.; 7. Smoking, drinking; 8. Random blood glucose = 11.1mmol / L; 9. Body mass index BMI 23.9 kg/m2; 10. Pregnant women, lactating women.
