Age
14 Years to 30 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. occurrence of the disease before 25 years of age; 2. insidious onset of asymmetrical focal weakness and wasting of the distal upper limbs; 3. insidious onset with slow progression for over 6months; 4. absence of significant sensory complaints and lower limbs symptoms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Combined with limb fractures, brain trauma, patients with polyneuropathy, plexus disease, focal neuropathy other than radiculopathy, myopathy or central nervous system disease; 2) patients with other surgical contraindications that cannot be treated surgically; 3) responsible segment can be determined by imaging examination.
